Raul Colon
President
Raul Colon is the President and Co-Founder of CIMA IT Solutions. Prior to that Raul worked as a Senior IT Consultant for American Systems, where he provided systems engineering, technical, and managed services for government and private sector customers, since the company’s inception in 1975.
Before joining American Systems, Raul served as an IT Auditor and IT Security consultant at KPMG’s New York office, where he was part of the Information Risk Management practice. He had the opportunity to work with clients such as Pepsi, Dover Corporation, Hitachi Metals, Swiss-Re, and the New York City Board of Education.
Raul writes for multiple blogs including his personal blog about his daily life from the small business owner’s perspective. Raul has worked since he was 12 years old where he used to help his father run a magazine store. It was at this job where he convinced his Dad to go into the Sports Card sales business.
At the age of 14 Raul created his first small business, RJ Pet Service, which provided various services such as grooming & boarding, from his parents house. At the age of 17 while still in high school, he enlisted in the Army where he served a total of 8 years between active and reserve duty as a military instructor.
Raul received his B.B.A. from Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.

Lucilla Feliciano
Vice-President
Lucilla Feliciano is the Vice-President and Co-Founder of CIMA IT Solutions. Prior to that Lucilla worked as Career Coach and Resume Writer for CIMA Services, helping people find direction by creating a road map for employment via the CIMA Services blog and using other social media platforms.
Lucilla currently helps increase the reach of clients by establishing genuine relationships with their communities.
During her career, Lucilla has spoken in various seminars and lectures in Puerto Rico.
Lucilla received her Masters of Science in Education from The University of Bridgeport and her Bachelor of Arts in Spanish from Southern Connecticut State University.
